NAUI (The National Association of Underwater Instructors) is a non-profit diving training and certification organization that has gradually introduced recreational diving to the world by establishing the first training standards for recreational diving. NAUI provides a high standard of recreational diving and educational courses. The teaching principles are more focused on the instructor's personal diving experience and the environment of each dive site than other diving associations. NAUI instructors will tailor-made suitable teaching content for students based on the basic requirements of the organization, according to the needs of students, diving environment or personal experience. Because of this, NAUI has higher requirements for diving instructors to ensure the technical and teaching ability level of each instructor, so that the content and actions of the courses arranged by the instructors must meet the criteria of "diving safety".
